Email Videos from iPhoto – Video Tip

There is an annoying limitation in iPhoto, and you may have run into it yourself:

When iPhone photos and videos have been imported into iPhoto on the Mac, you can easily share photos by email through iPhoto. However, this is not the case with video a a customer of mine found out. He wanted to be able to email a short video he shot on his iPhone. He had deleted the video from his iPhone but had a copy in iPhoto. When he tried to share it from iPhoto (9.3) he got a message stating, “Can’t email videos from iPhoto”.
